With a few releases from Nike and Louis Vuitton the fashion icon is deciding to work on his own sneaker line. Two weeks ago Ye along with GLC appeared on BET’s 106 and Park to discuss music, future projects, and the hyped Nike Air Yeezy. Kanye stated he had the hood in mind when designing the $215 Nike Air Yeezys and the $800 plus Louis Vuitton sneakers.
I wish Nike would give me a deal, I wish Louis would give me a deal. Since that hasn’t happened yet, I am in the process of making my own company from scratch to put out to my people.
It’s not official, but I’m sure we can expect something to come from Kanye and his ever expanding branding of himself.
